Since 2004, Costruttori srl successfully provides design, construction and maintenance services for all types of civil and industrial buildings. The company has gained experience and know-how either in the acquisition and execution of public contracts as in the management of remarkable private works. Thanks to the highly qualified personnel and to a suitable equipment/vehicles fleet, the company is currently capable of providing a wide range of construction and maintenance services for reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry buildings and infrastructures. Costruttori srl also offers a “turnkey” property management service which consists in supporting the client in every phase of the project: preliminary study, specification and budgeting, legal aspects, design development, construction and project management, delivery and maintenance. The company introduced and is implementing the use of BIM (Building Information Modeling) for the optimization of the entire life cycle of the project, particularly ensuring its correct execution within planned time-schedule and financial budget. Facility management services and programs are also developed in BIM environment.

Restoration
It is well known that the Italian built heritage greatly consists of historical and monumental buildings, sometimes laying in critical conditions due to poor maintenance over time, aging of construction materials and long-term exposure to harsh environments. Further, many historical buildings designed with old non-seismic standards and located in high seismic risk areas require retrofit solutions compatible with the conservation needs of the monument. To meet these needs, since its establishment, Costruttori srl has focused much of its interest in the field of architectural and structural restoration of historical buildings and monuments, gaining in 2004 the authorization to work on buildings under special legislation of the Italian Cultural Heritage Management Authority. In this context, Costruttori srl, thanks to the high level of specialization of its staff and to the continuous experimental research of advanced materials, is capable of performing architectural restorations and structural retrofit projects on historical monumental buildings, either with traditional techniques as well as with the application of new technologies and innovative materials (such as FRP, FRCM, SRG composites technologies). The company’s approach is always to create “tailored” restoration solutions, in compliance with the latest technical regulations, strongly compatible with original constitutive materials, and in agreement with the most recent experimental scientific findings.

The company has a specialized technical team capable of assisting the client from design to construction and validation of the system/facility, and owns equipment to perform installations of any scale and maintenance activities without service interruption. Additionally, the MEP division of Costruttori srl offers innovative solutions inspired by the most advanced and environment-friendly technologies, with the goal of saving energy assuring the maximum comfort to users.
